MANHATTAN — A man was seen masturbating at a Midtown subway station while wearing a pair of sunglasses, according to police and a picture of the suspect.
The shirtless man was lying on the downtown 6 train platform at 33rd Street wearing a pair of shades with a bottle of juice next to him while he fondled his private parts on Aug. 18 at about 7:35 a.m., according to the NYPD.
The man is between 20 and 30 years old and about 5-foot-9.
