UPPER EAST SIDE — Police arrested a man they say robbed a woman he dragged out of a Panera Bread on East 86th Street, according to the NYPD.

Ralph Moore, 57, approached the 25-year-old victim as she was waiting in line inside the 120 E. 86th St. eatery at about 4:40 p.m. on Aug. 30, and grabbed her arm and the Kate Spade wrist wallet she was holding, police said.

When the woman refused to let go of the wallet, Moore dragged her to the doors, where they both fell onto the sidewalk outside, according to the criminal complaint.

Moore then ripped the wallet, which contained $200 cash and credit cards, out of the woman's hand and fled with it, police said.

Moore, a resident of the 30th Street Men's Shelter in Kips Bay, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with robbery, criminal possession of stolen property and grand larceny, according to court records.

At his arraignment on Wednesday, the judge set his bail at $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond. He's due back in court on Sept. 12.

His attorney declined to comment.

The 19th Precinct tweeted about the arrest:
