By Nicholas Rizzi | September 1, 2016 6:13pm

MIDLAND BEACH — A man pulled down his pants and touched himself near a park where children were playing, prosecutors said.

Charlzid Caulker, 18, pulled down his pants near the sprinklers at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Boardwalk park, near Father Capodanno Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue, on July 26 at about 12:15 p.m., authorities said.

He stood near the park and touched himself for about 10 minutes before he was arrested, prosecutors said.

Caulker was charged with public lewdness at his arraignment and was released without bail, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.
