MANHATTAN — A Texas woman who crashed her bike in Central Park last month died from her injuries Wednesday, police said.
Gloria Garcia, 54, from Corpus Christi, lost control of her bicycle as she was riding down West Drive near West 80th Street on July 17 at around 2:10 p.m., police said.
Emergency responders found the woman lying in the road with trauma to her head and sent her to New York Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition, police said.
