MIDTOWN — A worker was seriously hurt in a fall at a Midtown construction site Tuesday morning, an FDNY spokesman said.

The man, whose name and age weren't immediately released, plunged onto scaffolding at the 16th floor of 110 W. 38th St., near Sixth Avenue, about 9:53 a.m., the spokesman said.

It wasn't immediately clear where the man fell from, FDNY officials said.

He suffered serious injuries and was treated at Bellevue Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition, officials said.

Other workers at the scene and companies working on the building — Everest Scaffolding company and Schnellbacher-Sendon Group — all declined to comment.
