3 Men Use Stolen Card to Buy $800 in Goods From Diesel Store, NYPD Says

MANHATTAN — Three men used another man’s credit card to purchase more than $800 in goods from the Columbus Circle Diesel store last Wednesday, police said.

The 26-year-old man was on a northbound 1 train on Aug. 3 when he noticed his wallet was missing at about 5:10 p.m. as the train approached 79th Street, according to the NYPD.

His bank later informed him that his card was used at about 6:08 p.m. at the store at 10 Columbus Circle.

The first suspect was wearing a blue shirt, black shorts and black shoes. The second suspect had on a white T-shirt, light blue jeans and a dark-colored baseball hat. The third man also wore a dark hat, black shorts and a gray, long-sleeve shirt.
