Two affordable apartments located in a new building at 303 Stanhope are now up for grabs through the city's housing lottery NYC Housing Connect.
The apartments are available to two-person families earning between $35,314 and $43,500, three-person families who make up to $48,960 and four-person households that earn to $54,740 a year.
The two subsidized apartments are funded through the state's now expired 421-a tax break.
There are 10 apartments in total in the five-story, according to a building permit.
People who already live in Bushwick's Community Board 4 get preference for one of the apartments.
Owners at Original Me Co Enterprises, Ltd couldn't be reached immediately for comment.
