WILLIAMSBURG — Chipotle, the Mexican fast food chain, is now hiring roughly 30 people for its brand new outpost at North 4th Street, according to a job posting that went up Wednesday.

By late September, they'll open at 130 N. 4th St., located in the same building as the new WeWork and Whole Foods and across the street from the Apple Store, according to Chipotle spokeswoman Danielle Moore.

An exact date for their opening hasn't been set yet, according to Moore.

If you're keen to learn how to build, "the perfect burrito - and [have] fun doing it," you'll be a good fit for the job, according to the listing.

All entry level positions will be entry level and will carry out roles ranging from dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook and prep cook, according to the job ad.

While Chipotle has received praise for banning the use of genetically engineered ingredients, the first major fast food chain to do so, they've also taken heat about how they compensate their workers, Fast Company reported last year.

Their website states that entry level employees earn and average of $28,000, though that includes benefits, and last year Fast Company reported annual wages for entry level employees were closer to $21,000 a year.
