HELL'S KITCHEN — A trio of boys as young as 11 pushed a woman to the ground and tried to steal her cellphone as she walked along Ninth Avenue, the NYPD said.

The 36-year-old Hell’s Kitchen resident told police she was walking northbound on Ninth Avenue around 12:45 p.m. on July 25 when an 11-year-old, a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old approached and pushed her to the ground, injuring her leg, ankle and head.

After the woman fell, the boys tried to take her iPhone, the NYPD said.

The three were arrested near the northwest corner of West 50th Street and Eighth Avenue, police said.

All three were charged with attempted robbery, assault and criminal mischief, the NYPD said on Monday.

The incident left the woman’s phone with a crack on its screen, police said.

It was not clear where exactly on Ninth Avenue the woman was walking when the attack happened.
