HARLEM – The home of late Pulitzer Prize-winning poet, civil rights icon and author Maya Angelou sold for $4.08 million on Monday.

Angelou, who died in 2014, lived in the brownstone at 58 W. 120th St. for more than a decade. The home was put up for sale by Angelou’s estate in January for a little more than $5 million, according to The New York Times.

A private buyer who requested to be anonymous bought the 5,640-square-foot brownstone, according to Real Estate Weekly.

City records lists the owner as 58 West 120 LLC and based in Lower Manhattan.

Link NY Realty, which oversaw the sale, did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

The home, built in 1912, underwent numerous renovations when Angelou purchased it in 2002. Angelou often hosted gatherings and dance parties at the brownstone, which included guests such as Oprah Winfrey and noted Motown songwriting duo Ashford and Simpson.
