PARK SLOPE — Citi Bike will finally roll into parts of Brooklyn and upper Manhattan starting Monday, Aug. 1, and a new map reveals exactly where the docking stations will be installed, a spokeswoman for the bike-sharing service said.

A handy online map unveiled Tuesday shows the 73 Citi Bike docks coming to Brooklyn's Community Board 6 — which covers Park Slope, Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and Red Hook.

The expansion will also add Citi Bike locations to the Upper West Side and Upper East Side between 86th Street and 110th Street.

Installing the new docking stations is expected to take about four weeks.

DOT and Citi Bike first announced plans for expansion into Brooklyn's Community Board 6 last year. After getting feedback from residents and other stakeholders, officials made tweaks to the proposed docking station list. DOT representatives presented the revised map to Community Board 6 in May.

The Department of Transportation originally planned 62 docking stations for Community Board 6 but added 11 others to “improve density,” DOT officials told Community Board 6 in May.
