LOWER EAST SIDE — A client at a Mount Sinai Beth Israel methadone clinic pulled a knife on the clinic’s manager and told her she would get AIDS when he was refused service, according to a police report.

The suspect entered the Gouverneur Clinic at 109 Delancey St. at around 8:55 a.m. on July 19, police said.

When told by the female clinic manager that he could no longer receive services at the location, the enraged suspect pulled out a knife from his right pocket and said, “I promise you, you’re going to get AIDS,” according to authorities.

After the suspect was escorted out by clinic security, the clinic manager called the police and filed a report with the 7th Precinct.

The suspect is described as a 40-year-old man weighing 190 pounds with brown hair, according to the police report.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.

The manager of the clinic did not return requests for comment.

Other recent crimes in the 7th Precinct include:

► A 53-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint while getting out of his car on Pike Street on the night of July 19.

The victim was stepping out of his vehicle behind 65 Pike St. at around 10:10 p.m. when the suspect approached him with a black handgun and said “Give me your money,” police said.

The suspect then forcibly removed $32 from the victim before fleeing westbound on Pike Street, according to a police report.

The victim described the suspect as a man standing around 5-foot-8 and weighing 165 pounds, according to authorities.

► An assailant crept up behind a man on Broome Street and Maced him on the back in broad daylight on July 19, police said.

The 40-year-old victim was walking opposite 154 Broome St. at around 11:15 a.m. when the suspect approached him from behind and sprayed his back with an unknown substance — most likely pepper spray, according to police — causing redness, pain, and irritation, authorities said.

The suspect who fled southbound on Clinton Street, is described as a 25-year-old man standing around 6 feet and weighing 170 pounds with short black hair, according to a police report.
