WOODSIDE — Police are looking for a suspect who tried to rape a woman last month in the lobby of a Queens building, but fled after the victim screamed for help.

The man approached the 24-year-old woman in the lobby of a building on Woodside Avenue, near 66th Street, around 10:30 p.m. on June 9, where he pushed her against a wall and pulled her pants down, according to the NYPD.

The victim screamed, and the suspect took off in an unknown direction, police said.

On Thursday, the NYPD released a sketch of the suspect, who is described as around 20 years old, 5-foot-5 and 160 pounds with black, spiky hair. He wore black shorts and a stripped tank top, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS or for Spanish 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
