HELL'S KITCHEN — An eight-screen movie theater with electric-recliner seats and a private bar is coming to a luxury development on West 57th Street.

“The Landmark” is slated to open on the ground floor of the Durst Organization’s pyramidal VIA 57 building at 625 W. 57th St. next spring, the developer said in a release.

“This area was in dire need of a great movie theater,” Durst Organization president Jonathan Durst said in a statement.

“We are thrilled to bring an iconic, storied theater name like Landmark Theatres to the thousands of residents, workers and tourists flocking to the area.”

The theater, between 11th and 12th avenues, will host post-screening parties and question-and-answer sessions with filmmakers, while the private bar will be used for “special events,” the developer said.

Sunshine Cinema is the only other Landmark Theatres outpost in New York City, Curbed New York reported.

The theater will join the American Kennel Club and a Greek and Mediterranean eatery at VIA 57.
