MIDTOWN — A straphanger caught masturbating on the N train covered himself with a Chipotle bag when a passenger snapped a photo of him, police said.
A 25-year-old woman from Jersey City told police she was riding a southbound N train on June 26 after boarding at the Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard stop when she noticed that a male passenger exposed himself and was masturbating near the 57th Street-Seventh Avenue station.
When the woman snapped a photo of the passenger, he covered himself up with a bag from the Mexican fast-food joint, police said.
The woman was able to take a photo of the suspect before she exited the train at the 34th Street-Herald Square station, the NYPD said. He remained on the train, police said, and has not been arrested.
