MIDTOWN — A taxi rider bit a cabdriver’s hand after the two got into an argument in Midtown, the NYPD said.

The 57-year-old driver, from the Bronx, told police he was driving near East 52nd Street and Lexington Avenue around 10:50 p.m. on June 19 when his fare started an argument.

As the dispute escalated, the passenger got out of the taxi and bit the driver’s hand through his side window, the NYPD said.

The passenger fled, and the driver refused medical attention at the scene, police said.
