HELL’S KITCHEN — A Hell’s Kitchen student stole another student’s cellphone at knifepoint after school, the NYPD said.

A 16-year-old student who attends the High School for Environmental Studies at 444 W. 56th St., between Ninth and 10th avenues, told police he was with friends at the southwest corner of West 56th Street and Ninth Avenue around 2:45 p.m. on June 13 when another student from the school approached him.

The boy displayed a knife, took the 16-year-old’s $200 iPhone 5s and ran eastbound on West 56th Street, police said.

No one was injured during the incident, the NYPD said.

A city Department of Education spokeswoman on Friday referred the incident to the NYPD.
