CLAREMONT — A BB gun was found at a South Bronx middle school on Thursday morning, officials said.
The unloaded gun was spotted at Fannie Lou Hamer Middle School, located at 1001 Jennings St., and was confiscated. All students and staff are safe, according to the Department of Education.
Additional details about the incident were not immediately available. The Department of Education and the NYPD are investigating, officials said.
