LOWER EAST SIDE — An early-morning argument inside a McDonald’s escalated, leaving a customer with a black eye, according to police.
The 26-year-old victim told police he got into an argument with another man at the fast food joint at 114 Delancey St. at around 4:20 a.m. on June 16, authorities said.
The suspect then punched the man in the face, causing swelling and bruising to his left eye, according to a police report.
The victim ran out of the restaurant following the attack, police said.
A manager at the location said she was completely unaware of the incident and declined to comment.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, according to authorities.
