Pedestrian in Critical Condition After Upper West Side Crash, FDNY Says

MANHATTAN — A pedestrian was in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle on an Upper West Side street Wednesday afternoon, fire officials said.

The person was hit at West 61st Street and Broadway around 5:02 p.m., according to an FDNY spokesman. They were taken to Roosevelt Hospital in critical condition.

No further information was immediately available about the victim's identity.
