HARLEM — Starfish and coffee. Maple syrup and jam. Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine and a side order of ham.

Prince crooned those ingredients on his funky feel-good classic “Starfish and Coffee,” a song from his 1987 album “Sign O’ The Times.”

Now those ingredients will come to life at a brunch planned for Sunday at MIST Harlem to honor the legendary hit maker, who died earlier this year.

Billed as a “Very Prince Gemini Birthday Brunch,” the event will celebrate the legacy of Prince, who would have turned 58 on June 7.

The restaurant will feature an all-Prince playlist and a “starfish and coffee surprise” on the menu for attendees. The event will also honor prominent Harlem residents whose birthdays fall within the Gemini zodiac sign.

The event is scheduled for June 12 from noon to 3 p.m. at MIST Harlem, at 46 W. 116th St.
