For additional fees, residents will be able to use the on-site laundry room, access an outdoor courtyard and store bicycles, NYC Housing Connect’s release said.

Preference for 50 percent of the units will go to residents of Manhattan Community Board 4, the release said.

Preference will also be given for municipal employees, mobility-disabled applicants and vision- or hearing-disabled applicants.

The monthly rent prices include gas for cooking.

Applicants can apply online or request a mail-in application by mailing a self-addressed envelope to West of Ninth, P.O. Box 20189, Floral Park, NY 11002.
