RANDALL'S ISLAND — On Sunday, organizers of the Governors Ball festival canceled its final day of performances due to weather conditions predicted for Randall's Island, where the event is being held:

Those in possession of a one-day ticket will receive a full refund, and those who purchased multi-day tickets will receive pro-rated refunds, according to the Governors Ball website. The refunds are expected to be processed within the next three weeks, the site says.
Disappointed fans will miss their chance to see Kanye West, Death Cab for Cutie, Bat for Lashes, Eagles of Death Metal and many others who were slated to perform on Sunday. Kanye West has not tweeted about it.
The festival's organizers asked festival goers to "Stay tuned for more information, and please bear with us. We are just as devastated as you."
