ASTORIA — A pair of thieves stole 96 shirts from a Gap Kids store in Queens earlier this month, police said.

The two women entered the 31-02 Steinway St. store shortly after 11 a.m. on May 14, where they took the shirts and and tank tops off the shelves and put them in a bag, according to police.

They walked out of the store without paying for the items, which were worth $1,392 total, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
