MIDTOWN — A person was hit by a 7 train at the Fifth Avenue-Bryant Park subway station on Monday, officials said.

A Queens-bound 7 train struck the individual at around noon, according to an MTA spokesman.

Police had no further details on the victim’s condition or identity.

The MTA halted 7 train service between Grand Central and Times Square in both directions immediately following the incident, but service has resumed with residual delays.
