VIDEO: Police Search for Teen Suspect in Queens Attempted Rape

QUEENS — Police released video Monday of a teenager wanted for trying to rape a woman in Ridgewood earlier this month.

The suspect threw a 26-year-old woman to the ground and tried to rape her on the corner of Harman Street and Seneca Avenue at approximately 3 a.m. on May 8, police said.

Police said surveillance video shows that the suspect has a slim build. He was wearing a light-colored hoodie, camouflage shorts, black sneakers at the time of the attack, and carrying a backpack.
