HARLEM — A teen and a man stabbed each other in front of the Grant Houses Friday afternoon, according to sources and witnesses.

A 25-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy attacked each other on West 125th Street near Amsterdam Avenue at about 3:50 p.m., according to the NYPD and sources.

A woman who had just left a nearby health clinic saw the stabbing and asked people on the sidewalk to call 911, sources and witnesses said.

It isn't immediately known what sparked the stabbings. Police also did not immediately know the condition of the two involved.
