THE BRONX - A town hall meeting of candidates running for the 13th Congressional District seat that was scheduled for May 12 has been postponed by event organizers.

Sami Disu, who organized the event, said there was an issue with the venue at Tracey Towers in The Bronx. He said he is planning to reschedule the event for sometime in June.

The event was billed as a chance for candidates to discuss how they would work with the African community within the district on issues such as immigration, affordable housing and healthcare.
