OAKWOOD — A 3-week-old boy died after he was found unconscious inside his family's home Sunday morning, police said.
The infant was found unconscious inside the Farrell Court home at about 10:33 a.m., and after his father preformed CPR to try and save his life, was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North where he was pronounced dead, according to the NYPD and the Staten Island Advance.
A spokesman for the NYPD said no criminality is suspected in the boy's death and the medical examiner will determine the cause.
