COURT SQUARE — Australian java chain Toby's Estate Coffee will open its first Queens outpost in Long Island City.

The small-batch coffee roasters signed a 10-year lease for a 1,000-square-foot storefront at 25-26 Jackson Ave., according to an announcement Monday from Lee & Associates NYC, the commercial realty firm that brokered the deal.

Toby's has its flagship New York location in Williamsburg, as well as three other cafes in Manhattan. Its West Village location includes a "brew school" that offers coffee-making classes.

The company's Long Island City location will be in a converted townhouse with "soaring ceiling heights" and a backyard, according to the realtors.

The building is one of several properties on the block between 44th Drive and 43rd Avenue owned by developer Rockrose, which has been trying to draw more retailers to the area.

"This part of Long Island City is experiencing a residential boom, and the retail and dining sectors need to catch up with it," Garry Steinberg, managing director of Lee & Associates NY said in a statement.

"The tenant is eager to change that by bringing its unique environment to Queens."

The firm did not yet have an opening date for the location. Toby's Estate did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
