HELL’S KITCHEN — An attacker punched two servers at a Ninth Avenue tapas spot before fleeing the restaurant, police said.

A 27-year-old woman from Manhattan was waiting tables at Kashkaval Garden at 852 Ninth Ave., between West 55th and West 56th streets, around 10:20 p.m. on April 21 when a man came into the eatery looking for someone, she told police.

The man then approached a 33-year-old waiter from Queens and punched him in the ear and shoulder, leaving him with bruises, police said.

When the waitress confronted the attacker, he punched her in the chin, the NYPD said.

At some point during the incident, the attacker said, “I don’t need your help,” police said.

The attacker fled the restaurant, and the waitress refused medical attention, the NYPD said.

An employee working at Kashkaval Garden on Friday said that both servers were fine after the attacks.

He declined to provide his name or additional information about the incident.
