TRIBECA — It's been something of a long goodbye for the Raccoon Lodge.

The 34-year-old TriBeCa dive bar, initially slated to close in January because its building is being torn down and turned into a condo, quietly kept slinging drinks over the past few months — but now the end is really near.

The storied bar — complete with a giant moose head, neon signs and very loyal clientele — is closing on June 30, staff confirmed.

The 57 Warren St. dive is one of several longtime businesses along a block of West Broadway that have been forced out for the impending luxury tower.

But there's a bright spot for those who work at Raccoon Lodge and those who have grown to love their bartenders — the staff from the bar will all be hired to work at a new, as yet unnamed, bar that's signed a lease for a space at 20 Warren St.

The new bar owners are scheduled to go before Community Board 1 on May 11 in their bid for liquor license approval.

The owner of the Raccoon Lodge is not involved in the new bar, which may be called Raccoon Saloon and is trying to open in July, a longtime bartender told us.

Also not confirmed — whether or not that giant moose head will travel to the new location.
