WILLIAMSBURG — The construction company working on the Domino Sugar Factory development fork-lifted a neighborhood resident's car several feet in the air then set it down on the curb nearby, causing thousands in damage to the vehicle, a video shows.

“It’s like a blatant f- -k you from them. I’m livid,” Susan Pellegrino, 61, one of the owners of the 2004 Infiniti, told the New York Postwhich first reported the incident.

The family had legally parked the car at 27 South Third St. Friday morning across from the massive Domino Sugar Factory development owned by Two Trees Management Company, according to Post.

When Henry Nahrwold, Pellegrino's son, went out to look at the car, he noticed the car was halfway on the curb, but thought his father had parked that way.

"Then I started to notice all the damages, and I freaked out," Nahrwold told The Post. "I was so pissed off.”

A neighbor soon came forward with a cellphone video of the incident.

In the video, the forklift operator shoves the silver SUV up and over the curb, pushing it up against a tree in a sidewalk pit while other construction workers walk past.

Two Trees said their contractor would cover repairs.

“We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and have reprimanded our subcontractor for this unacceptable behavior,” said Nicole Kolinsky, a spokeswoman for Two Trees. “We have been assured that the subcontractor will fully pay for any damages.”
