HUDSON YARDS — An international law firm will join trial attorney David Boies’ practice at a forthcoming 51-story Hudson Yards tower.

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy will join Boies, Schiller & Flexner at 55 Hudson Yards — the office building rising at West 33rd Street and 11th Avenue — the company said in a statement Friday.

Milbank, which is currently located at 28 Liberty St. in Downtown Manhattan, plans to lease “more than 250,000 square feet across nine floors,” the firm said.

“At Hudson Yards, we look forward to creating an office space for the firm’s exciting future: a space which will foster our collaborative, energetic and inclusive culture,” company chairman Scott Edelman said.

“We are thrilled to become part of what promises to be an exciting new community in New York City,” he added.

Boies' firm announced its plans to move into 55 Hudson Yards in June. The attorney has been involved in a number of high-profile cases over the years, representing Al Gore in "Bush vs. Gore" and working with attorney Theodore Olson to overturn Proposition 8 in California.

The 1.3 million-square-foot office tower is slated to open in 2018.

Neighboring office tower 10 Hudson Yards — which has already secured tenants including Coach and L’Oreal — is expected to open within the next few weeks, the release added.
