BED-STUY — The NYPD has released a video of a man investigators want to question in connection to a fatal shooting last week in Bed-Stuy.
Harold Culler, who was 24 and lived in East New York's Pink Houses, was killed inside 891 Hancock St., near Howard Avenue, at 10:40 p.m. on April 19, police said.
The person of interest appears to be wearing a black Nike sweatshirt.
