EAST HARLEM — Three pedestrians were struck Friday morning in East Harlem, FDNY officials said.

The trio, whose identities were not immediately released, were hit near Park Avenue and East 112th Street, about 7:40 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.

They were treated at Harlem Hospital, officials said. Their condition wasn't immediately clear.

NYPD officials did not have further information.
