TIMES SQUARE — A man rubbed against two different women after pleasuring himself aboard an uptown 1 train as a police officer looked on, authorities said.

Jorge Cuevas, 47, had just stepped onto a northbound 1 train at the Times Square-42nd Street station around 7 p.m. on April 14 when the officer saw him masturbating while staring at a female passenger, a complaint filed with the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said.

Cuevas then rubbed up against the woman, who moved away from him, the DA’s office said. Soon after, he went up to a second woman and began repeatedly rubbing against her, the complaint said.

The second woman also moved away from him, and both victims exited the train at the Columbus Circle station without speaking to him, the DA’s office said.

When the officer approached Cuevas and identified himself, Cuevas pointed down and said, “No, no, no,” the complaint said.

After his arrest, the police officer took the man’s sweatpants as evidence and noticed that there was a hole cut inside one of the pockets so that he could reach through, police and the DA’s office said.

Cuevas was arrested and charged with forcible touching, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of public lewdness, the DA’s office said.

He was released under supervision the next day and is expected to appear in court on June 1, court records show.

An attorney for Cuevas did not immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday.
