FOREST HILLS — Campaigning is over, and now Forest Hills residents have made their choice.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Hillary Clinton beat Bernie Sanders 57 percent to 43 percent.  On the GOP side, Donald Trump beat his rivals John Kasich and Ted Cruz earning 68 percent of Republican votes.

After weeks of debate, campaign rallies and speeches, voters in the 6th Congressional District went to the polls Tuesday to pick Republican and Democratic presidential nominees.

Six Democratic and three Republican delegates were up for grabs in the 6th District, which includes Forest Hills, Rego Park, Kew Gardens, and Elmhurst.
