LONG ISLAND CITY — Actors Danny Glover and Fisher Stevens will join Bernie Sanders for a rally in Hunters Point South Park on Monday evening — one day before the New York primary on April 19.

The rally will take place in Hunter's Point South Park near the intersection of 54th Avenue and Center Boulevard and start at 7:30 p.m., the campaign announced last week.

In addition to "Lethal Weapon" star Danny Glover and Fisher Stevens (who played the therapist everyone hated on "Friends"), Brooklyn band TV on the Radio will make an appearance at the event, the campaign said.

The rally is the culmination of a rigorous citywide campaign by Sanders in the run-up to the New York primary, which included events in Prospect Park, Midwood and Greenpoint in Brooklyn; in St. Mary's Park in the South Bronx; and a 27,000-person rally in Washington Square Park in Manhattan.

The Hunter’s Point South Park event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis; the campaign said an RSVP on their website is “strongly encouraged.”

Doors will open for the rally at 5 p.m. on Monday.
