Man Used Stolen ATM Card to Charge $808 at Target, Police Say

NEW SPRINGVILLE — A man used a stolen debit card to take out more than $800 from a Staten Island Target last month, police said.

A 24-year-old female told police on March 29 that somebody used her Santander Bank debit card to make three unauthorized charges inside the Target at 2873 Richmond Ave. shortly before 8:50 p.m. that same day, the NYPD said.
