BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A man raped a woman in her Bedford-Stuyvesant home and tried to run from police as they arrested him, prosecutors and police said.

Eliezar Corbett, 24, ordered the victim to remove her clothes on Saturday around 1 a.m. after placing his hand in his jacket pocket and simulating a gun, according to officials.

The victim, who police said knew Corbett, was forced into the bathroom, where he sexually abused her.

When police tried to catch him near the home, Corbett ran from an officer as he tried to place him under arrest, officials said.

Corbett faces charges including second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and resisting arrest.

He is being held on $50,0000 bail and is due back in court on April 7.

Attorney information for Corbett was not immediately available.

Corbett, of Bed-Stuy, has three open criminal cases including charges for failure to obey a traffic signal, criminal trespass and burglary, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
