JAMAICA — A Queens man is wanted for sneaking up on a teen and shooting him in the neck, leaving him paralyzed, the NYPD and sources said.

Brandon Ford, 20, is suspected of shooting a 19-year-old victim once from behind in front of 150-15 Yates Road, between Sutphin Boulevard and 154th Street, around 9:15 a.m. on March 11, police said.

The victim was transported to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition, according to the NYPD.

The victim was left paralyzed by the shooting, law enforcement sources told DNAinfo New York. Investigators still don’t know whether the victim knew Ford, sources said.

Ford, whose last known residence is two blocks from the scene, fled westbound down Yates Road, police said.

Authorities ask anyone with information about Ford’s whereabouts to NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
