HELL’S KITCHEN — An 11th Avenue diner was cleaned out by a thief or thieves who stole more than $38,000 worth of items ranging from artwork to kitchenware while the diner was closed for renovations, police said.

The laundry list of items taken from the Pom Pom Diner at 610 11th Ave. included computer systems valued at $33,000, $1,800 worth of artwork, five coffee dispensers worth $1,200 and a $526 SONY television, the NYPD said.

In addition, the thieves grabbed five temperature control delivery bags valued at $500, $200 worth of Chefmate slicer parts, 14 chairs valued at $630, a $300 fax machine, and $400 worth of cooking and eating utensils, police said.

The total value of the items taken was $38,556, police said.

The theft was reported by a 38-year-old woman who is currently involved in an "ongoing civil case" over ownership of the building. She discovered the theft at 1 p.m. on March 24 and told police she was last at the diner around 3 p.m. on Feb. 24, the NYPD said.

There were no obvious signs of forced entry at the eatery, according to police.

Attempts to reach the owner of the diner were unsuccessful.
