ASTORIA — Police are hunting a man they say followed a woman into her Queens building on Sunday and touched her.

The suspect trailed the 76-year-old woman into the vestibule of her apartment building near 44th Street and 25th Avenue shortly after 8:30 a.m. and put his hand on her leg, according to the NYPD.

The woman screamed at the man to stop and he took off, fleeing west on 44th Street, police said.

The suspect — described as between 30 and 40 years old, standing 5-foot-10 or 6-feet tall and weighing between 180 and 200 pounds — was captured on surveillance video wearing a black hoodie, black jacket and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
