BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Noodle and sake lovers will have a new spot in Bedford-Stuyvesant this summer.

Nana Ramen, a restaurant serving up the noodle dish and small plates, is slated to open in the coming months. It's the brainchild of the owner of Park Slope’s Asian fusion eatery Nana.

Eric Ong, who heads Nana on 5th Avenue and Williamsburg’s restaurant and bar Hachi, is behind the new venture at 330 Malcolm X Blvd. between Bainbridge and Decatur streets.

The business has a roughly 700-square-foot interior and the menu is still in the works, Ong said, adding that a large garden in the backyard will offer space for diners to enjoy a variety of beers and sakes.

Nana is one of the latest businesses setting up shop along Malcolm X Boulevard and will be located a block from the relocated Chez Oskar.

The eatery follows the opening of another ramen shop, Samurai Papa, on Lafayette and Nostrand avenues.
