NEW YORK CITY — The 7 and J trains ran with delays during the Monday morning rush hour commute.
Signal problems at Mets-Willets Point Station in Flushing at around 8:10 a.m. delayed trains heading into Manhattan and Queens, the MTA said.
And an earlier incident at the 121 Street station caused residual delays on the J line, the MTA reported at around 10:45 a.m.
Commuters took to Twitter to vent their frustration.
@NYCTSubway what are the real causes of these #7train delays? Because they are constant. #thetruthisoutthere

@MTA I have been stuck in the #7train for more than 10 minutes. Come on, keep it moving! #7camtwait @7trainblues
