Snarky Puppy To Play York College for Only NYC Stop This Spring

JAMAICA — Beloved Brooklyn-based instrumental fusion band Snarky Puppy is playing their only New York City spring tour date at York College on May 3.

The hard-to-classify collective plays a blend of jazz and funk with a rotating number of musicians that has included guest stars like David Crosby, Justin Timberlake and Snoop Dog.

Snarky Puppy will perform at the college's 1,437-seat Milton G. Bassin Performing Arts Center. Tickets start at $20 for the balcony and $30 for an orchestra seat.

The Grammy-award-winning band will head off the Boston the following day and then up to Syracuse.

Those who are feeling really adventurous can travel to Reykjavik, Iceland, to see the band's final tour date on Aug. 10.
