MOTT HAVEN — A man is in critical condition after getting shot three times by two suspects wearing dark clothes who came up to him from behind a parked car in the South Bronx, police said.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. on March 18 by East 147th Street and Southern Boulevard, and the victim was hit in the forehead and groin, according to the NYPD.

The victim is still alive but in bad shape and critical condition at a Bronx hospital, police said.

Officers do not have a description of the suspects yet and are unsure of the motive for the shooting.
