BROOKLYN — Nearly 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments for less than $1,000 a month are now available on the Greenpoint waterfront through an affordable housing lottery.

The 97 units available in 33 Eagle St. include studios for $494 a month for an individual earning between $18,275 and $24,200 a year and two-bedrooms starting at $647 monthly for a family of four making up to $34,520.

The building will have an on-site superintendent, laundry room, bicycle storage room, fitness center and a landscaped courtyard.

There will also be a number of units set aside for people with disabilities, with 5 percent reserved for individuals who are mobility disabled and 2 percent for those who are vision or hearing disabled.
