LOWER MANHATTAN — A worker at a SoHo magazine store was held up by a robber who placed a gun to his head and demanded: "Give it up, motherf---er," police said.
The 33-year-old employee of Magazine Bazaar at 80 Varick St. told police that a young man, around 19, walked into the store just after midnight on March 9 and shoved the gun against his head.
The worker gave him $300 and the man, who police described as about 5-foot-9 with blotchy skin, ran out.
Magazine Bazaar did not immediately return request for comment.
